Choudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut is one of the premier educational institutions of the country located in a vast, beautiful and pollution-free campus. The University has been awarded with a B+ certification by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
Courses
Various departments of the University under each faculty offer postgraduate (M.A/M.Sc./M.Sc.Ag/M.Ed/M.B.A) and research (M.Phil. and Ph.D.) courses in conventional UGC-aided courses as well as self-financed career-oriented courses. Institute of Advance Studies conducts courses in various subjects of Arts, Education, Science and Agriculture. CCS University is among the few Universities in the country with a separate M.Phil. program. It has a separate full -fledged Agriculture Faculty as well. Technical courses are the most recent additions in the university curriculum.
Facilities
CCH University provides all the basic facilities to its students that include vast playgrounds and experimental fields, botanical garden, rose garden, Gymnasium, Indoor Stadium, well equipped Library, Hostels for both girls and boys, Spacious Auditorium, Guest House, Community Center, Medical Center, Residential Quarters for faculty members and employees, Canteen, Bank and Post office. The University also houses well-equipped laboratories with advanced facilities. It has a shoebox type library building that has been designed on a modular pattern.
